Leaders Tusker host 2nd placed KCB in top of the table clash

League leaders Tusker FC will host 2nd plaed KCB FC tomorrow following the return of the FKF Premier League.

Tusker are ahead of KCB by 6 points at 36 but KCB, who have 30 points, have a game in hand over the leaders having played 15 games against Tusker’s 16.

Both teams will have been greatly affected by the pause but it will be KCB who will have been the happier of the two sides having struggled with injuries before the league was suspended.

A loss for Tusker would mean that their gap at the top will be reduced to 3 points and KCB would be able to catch up with them should they also win their game in hand.

A loss for KCB on the other hand would mean they are likely to drop to 3rd position over the weekend should AFC Leopards win their home game against Nzoia Sugar on the same day at Ruaraka.

Tusker will be looking to Henry Meja hoping he maintains his blistering form from before the season was suspended. The teenager is 3rd on the top scorers log with 7 goals.
